Conceptualised by restaurateur Twinkle Keswani and Chef Rohan Dsouza (having set up an array of restaurants across Mumbai, Bangalore, Goa, Kenya, Dubai and a stint in Australia) along with young entrepreneur Daniel Lobo - Pisco by the Beach introduces Goa to the finest Resort Cuisine from around the world.
Bright and airy in Earth tones, the restaurant is designed like a resort villa with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. Naturals materials and fabrics find home in this inviting culinary oasis. The focal point of the restaurant will be the specially crafted sea deck hammocks that form our unique and elevated interpretation of private dining spaces. The only restaurant to offer this special setting option, these tables literally offering you the luxury of dining over the Arabian Sea. The double enforced structure is created to brave the many moods of the ocean so that Pisco can stay open through all seasons. Designed by Sheldon Pereira & Rahul Thakkar of The Right Brain Design, and located in the heart of Goa’s Anjuna, Pisco is truly the epicentre of entertainment.
Food at Pisco is much more than a meal - it’s a treasure trove of memories, it’s a journey of your taste buds and it’s an epicurean experience. The menu features favourites from Chef Rohan’s travels across the globe. The culinary concept of Resort Cuisine was crafted to highlight the freshness of flavour, authenticity of ingredients and the lingering aromas of the signature dishes guests would enjoy while traveling to the best resort destinations in the world. Amongst the small plates, the delicacies include sambal olek stuffed & baked mud crabs, bbq moroccan beef koftas & citrus feta salad, charcoal miso yogurt mutton ribs (3 ribs), steamed new zealand mussels and more. Vegetarians are in for a treat as the relish dishes such as blue corn tacos, pisco crispy tortilla tart, summer spicy artichoke & cheese cones to name a few. The mains include refreshing salads, irresistible milk bun burgers and club sandwiches crafted with house made bread. Bringing to life the coastal cuisine, the menu will feature the freshest catch in a sumptuous spread of Seafood dishes. Whole steamed local mangrove red snapper, grilled local tasty chonak with crab caper butter garlic, jumbo mud crabs in our house butter garlic, grilled lobster butter garlic, grilled king fish steak with spicy tuna salsa are just some of the many lip-smacking additions.
As a Goan built brand, Pisco takes pride in showcasing our local cuisine and indigenous ingredients. Food of this region is all about the perfect blend of complexity and flavour with the spices ground with the expertise of our authentic Goan cooks. Indulge in an array of traditional treats from recheado masala prawns to boiled pork chorizo sausage & fried egg, from braised chicken cafreal to mixed vegetable goan green curry & rice.

At Pisco even our menu, dresses for dinner! In a first of its kind, the menu transform from day to night, with the same core ingredient presented, flavoured and served differently from noon to moon. The specially crafted day menu will not be available at night and will allow patrons to enjoy a unique epicurean experience each time they visit. But at the heart, one thing remains constant – honest, real food that is fresh, bold and vibrant.
Complementing the food will be a robust bar stocked with the best Indian and International labels. Also on display will be a curated collection of crafted cocktails that keep your spirits high despite the changing tides.
