The all-day restaurant, GROK, is beautifully lit, spacious and has a casual laidback vibe. The restaurant serves a wholesome breakfast buffet daily with delicious hot and cold items, light and healthy options, detox juices and a local Goan specials. The all- day a la carte menu serves Goan, Indian, modern global specialties and flavours from the neighbourhood that are made with only the freshest ingredients. Every evening from 5 pm – 11 pm GROK lights up and offers a multi-dimensional dining experience in the al fresco section that includes a range of global flavours through a kebaberie, an international bread and salad bar. The menu also has interesting choices for small plates, oven roasts, stews and curry pots as well. Some highlights are the Zucchini Fritters, Georgian Khachapuri, Lamb Harira Soup, Antakya Tepsi, Kebabi, Cafreal Wings, Rechado Spice Rubbed Grills, Turkish Home Stew and a lot more. Mixologists shake up some playful cocktails with local ingredients that are serve all day long, try the Candolim, Tiatr, Jagor, Mando and many more.
