Foodhall - Greek Culinary Festival

All Sounding Greek at Foodhall this March

First-ever Greek culinary festival, Foodhall celebrates a Mediterranean spring all this month.


A melting pot of different cultures, ideas and religions, Greek civilization and gastronomy naturally blends with Egyptian, Persian, Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman traditions and cuisines over the centuries.

From dips like the Tzaziki - a classic Greek Yoghurt Dip, Melitzanosalata - a traditional Greek eggplant dip or an intriguing Tirokafteri – a spicy feta cheese dip and a range of Foodhall’s fresh bakes like the Za’atar Pita Bread, Greek Pita Bread and the Spanakopita - a Spinach & Feta Phyllo parcel.


Must try are : Za’atar and Feta Croissant – a unique take on the buttery pastry and the Baked White Cheese with Rosemary Tomatoes, amongst other handcrafted Greek-inspired cheeses.


There is also this mélange at The Café by Foodhall all-month long dedicated to exploring and experiencing Greek essence. Enjoy a Greek Mezze Platter of Melitzonasalata, Tirokafteri, Fava, Green Labneh, Marinated Feta, Olives, Dolmades, Zaatar Pita and Lavash. Foodhall’s take on the traditional Greek Pasta Bake – Pastisio which features Bucatini Pasta tossed in Feta, Chunky tomato sauce, Bechamel, Greek White Cheese, Herbs & Spices will surprise. An all time must di is 'Gyros' which includes Roast Chickpeas, Tomatoes, Onions Fresh Herbs, Fried Potaoes, Tazatziki, Romaine, Greek Pita
